The Qualification, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, under the supervision of the Science and Technology Parks Department at University of Basrah, and in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training workshop entitled “Strategic Integration of Technical and Soft Skills for Graduate Success in the Workplace.”

The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of combining specialized technical skills with soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and time management, to enhance graduates' opportunities in the job market and keep pace with its evolving demands.

The workshop included lectures presented by Assistant Lecturer Maha Saleh Abdul-Ridha, Assistant Lecturer Reem Qasim Hassan, and Assistant Lecturer Noor Saad Fahd, who demonstrated the most prominent practical strategies for developing personal and professional skills and their role in achieving success and job stability.
