The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a scientific workshop entitled "Malware Analysis and AI-Powered Intrusion Prevention Systems."

The workshop, held by the Cybersecurity Department, included a lecture presented by international trainer Hussam Al-Qatrani, which addressed malware analysis methods and the role of artificial intelligence technologies in enhancing intrusion detection and prevention systems.

The workshop aimed to raise security awareness among students and interested individuals, and to introduce them to the latest technologies used in the field of cybersecurity, thereby contributing to the development of their practical skills and keeping pace with the rapid advancements in this field.
