University of Basrah organizes the National Tree Planting Day activities The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized the National Tree Planting Day activities. The event aims to spread environmental awareness and encourage students and faculty members to care for sustainability and environmental protection. It is an environmental project that aims to plant plants or trees on the university campus to enhance the aesthetic and natural environment of the place. The event included inviting students to participate in planting and caring for plants as part of a voluntary activity that enhances the spirit of teamwork and concern for the environment. It also focuses on beautifying green spaces within the university campus and rehabilitating damaged or unused spaces, making the environment more attractive and healthy.
