
The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized the Mahdi's Dawn Camp, may God hasten his reappearance, on the occasion of the birth of Imam al-Hujjah al-Muntadhir ibn al-Hassan, peace be upon them. The camp aims to enhance religious and cultural awareness among believers, especially in the field of understanding the important role of Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him) in global reform and achieving justice. The camp also focuses on raising awareness of the concept of waiting and applying Islamic values in daily life, through various activities such as lectures, workshops, competitions, and recreational activities. The camp seeks to build a generation that adheres to Islamic values and principles and is spiritually prepared to participate in the change that Imam Mahdi (peace be upon him) seeks when he appears. The camp included many corners, including the 50 Women Leaders Corner, Preparatory Fingers, Ashura, the Mahdi, processions, and the Legal Fatwa Corner.
