Dr. Haider Muhammad Abdul Nabi, a lecturer at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah, participated in the activities of the seventh session of the National Conference on Applied Sciences, Environment and Energy, which was held at the University of Tishk in Erbil Governorate from January 28 to 30, 2025. The participation included presenting a scientific research entitled: "Attendance Management System Using Internet of Things (IoT) Technology and QR Codes", where the research discussed how to develop an innovative system to facilitate attendance management through modern technologies that contribute to improving efficiency and data accuracy. The research aimed to design a system to automatically record student attendance using various technologies, including the use of the Internet of Things and cloud computing.
