The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah participated in the second edition of the Iraqi Universities Debate World Cup in cooperation with the Iraqi Academy for Leadership and Development and with the attendance of prominent figures including the local government in Basra. The competitions aim to prepare an aware and educated generation capable of facing dialogue and intellectual challenges, encouraging the spirit of scientific competition, establishing solid scientific foundations for future generations, and creating a generation of great researchers and scientists.
