The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit, organized a religious gathering on the birth of Lady Zainab (PBUH). The gathering aimed to highlight the role of Lady Zainab in Islamic history, especially her heroic stances in the Battle of Karbala and her patience in the face of injustice and the challenges she faced after the martyrdom of her brother Imam Hussein (PBUH). The gathering included lectures on the biography of Lady Zainab and her virtues. The focus was on her patience, knowledge, and courage in various situations, as well as reciting poems and praises that express the love of Lady Zainab (PBUH) and distributing gifts on the occasion of this blessed anniversary.
