The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah received a delegation from  University of Thi Qar for evaluation to view the academic and scientific reality of the college. The visit aimed to advance the college and develop it among the colleges of computer science and information technology. The committee met with members of the college council and toured the college buildings, classrooms, and laboratories, as well as the Student Affairs Department, the library, and the Information Technology Department, and to view the infrastructure of the college's servers and the electronic services it provides. 
The visit, represented by the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics at  University of Thi Qar, Dr. Muhammad Al-Shaher, and Dr. Hamid Abdul Karim from our college, included writing a final report after praising the capabilities available to the college and the advanced technical equipment that keeps pace with the times.
