The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basra received students from Al-Haritha High School for Outstanding Outstanding Students in the Al-Majidiya district. Students from the second intermediate grade visited the college, accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Safih, Professor of the Arabic Language, and Professor Ayat Abdel Kadhim. They toured the college and learned about its departments and the importance of each department.  They met with the Head of the Computer Department and the Head of the Smart Medical Systems Department, explaining to them the importance of each department and what type of work the students of these departments will do after they graduate. They were accompanied on the tour by the head of the Media Division and the IT Division, and they were briefed on the laboratories and study halls in the college.
