Under the patronage of the Honorable President of  University of Basrah,prof. Dr. Saad S. Hammadi, and the supervision of the respected Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology,prof  Dr. Imad S. Alshawi, the Student Activities Unit at the College organized today, Thursday 11/30/2023, a scientific visit to Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company, and the visiting delegation included a group of  College professors and a group of its students in the Computer Systems Department, the second stage, where the visitors were briefed on the company’s organizational structure and how to manage communications, the work of the towers responsible for transferring data, how to serve customers, and follow up on communications through valuable lectures delivered by Mr. Abdullah Al-Battat, Mr. Nizar Al-Mawali, and Miss Raya, and then the delegation toured the company’s departments. At the end of the visit, the visiting delegation thanked the company’s officials for the warm meeting and welcome.
