On Thursday 6-8-2020, the College of Computer Science and Information Technology was honored by the visit of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen, the esteemed, and his accompanying delegation. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, where during his Excellency's visit, the electronic examinations for the colleges of Basra University for the second semester of the academic year 2019-2020 were monitored at the College of Computer Sciences, and his Excellency listened to a full explanation by the Dean of the College about all the preparations and procedures for the electronic exams of the college and inspected his sovereignty about the conditions of the college and the structures Infrastructure and knowledge of many scientific and administrative aspects and follow-up construction work for the new buildings.

At the end of His Excellency's auspicious visit to the college, His Excellency praised the efforts made by the administrative and teaching staff, the central and subsidiary examination committees, and the supporting technical committees.
