The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah held an introductory technical workshop on the info session, which is an educational initiative run by Google targeting students interested in the field of software development and information technology. This initiative represents an investment by Google in empowering the emerging generations of developers and programmers.  It aims to empower students, direct them towards successful career paths, and encourage them to build their technical skills and continuing education by working on actual projects and communicating with the community. The workshop also included English language teaching programs, offered by clubs to enhance students’ English language skills. These programs may also include lessons on  Internet.  At the conclusion of the workshop, memorial photos were taken for the team with the Dean of the College and members of Information Technology.
