The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Basra University organized a workshop on how to conduct the electronic exam on the Google Classroom platform.
The workshop included facilitating the process of taking the electronic test on the Google Classrooms platform, from the start of creating an electronic classroom inside the platform, through obtaining answers from students and ending with the withdrawal and documentation of the answers.
The workshop was divided into two axes, Dr. Raeda Salem Khudair showed in the first axis to clarify the steps and methods of conducting and the details of designing questions, while the teacher, Muhammad Abdul Rahman Abdel Hamid, explained in the second axis how to conduct a simulation of the management and response method for classes on the platform in a complete and detailed way starting from the duty of the committee responsible for class management Exam, create and schedule questions (using google forms or essay question form).
The workshop explained the student's registration mechanism, the method of dissolution and the delivery of the answer, and then move to the final stage of the electronic examination committee, which includes withdrawing the answers, assigning grades and saving the detailed sheet of test information.
The workshop aimed to teach professors at Basra University how to conduct the electronic exam and the work of the examination committee electronically.
