Under the patronage of the President of the University of Basra, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, the respected, a twinning agreement was signed between the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, represented by the Dean of the College, Dr. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, the Honorable, with the College of Shatt Al-Arab University, represented by the President of the University, Dr. Taher Mohsen Mansour, aimed at joint scientific cooperation between the two sides.  And the exchange of academic experiences and skills to increase the scientific and academic benefit between faculty and students in both universities
