As part of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology's preparations for the final exams of the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, accompanied by the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ghayhab Hassan Adai, conducted an inspection tour to assess the readiness of the examination halls and ensure all requirements for the examination process were met.

The tour included verifying the readiness of the examination halls, including the availability of cooling systems, lighting, and seating, as well as ensuring the proper placement of mobile phones and students' bags, thus contributing to a suitable and organized examination environment for students.

The tour also included monitoring service and administrative aspects and emphasizing the provision of all necessary resources to guarantee the smooth conduct of the exams in accordance with the approved examination regulations and instructions.

This tour is part of the ongoing monitoring conducted by the College Deanship to ensure a suitable examination environment that contributes to the success of the examination process.
