The College of Computer Science and Information Technology Organizes a Workshop on the Role of Vision and Mission in Preparing Students for Digital Professions

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Department of Computer Information Systems and the Continuing Education Center, organized a workshop entitled “The Role of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology’s Vision and Mission in Preparing Students for Digital Professions.” This workshop was part of the college’s efforts to enhance its students’ readiness for the demands of the digital job market.

The workshop, presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Maysaa Abdulkarim Nasser, addressed the importance of aligning educational outcomes with the rapid transformations in the field of technology. It focused on how to utilize the college’s vision and mission to build students’ technical and professional skills, thus contributing to preparing graduates capable of competing in modern work environments.

The workshop also covered several topics, including developing digital skills, fostering innovative thinking, and enhancing students’ proficiency in using advanced technologies. Furthermore, it emphasized the role of academic programs in supporting the transition to a digital economy.
