The Student Affairs Division is continuing to distribute university ID cards (HEPIQ) to students as part of the second batch, in line with the adoption of modern electronic systems to streamline administrative processes.

This step comes in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding digital transformation, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, with the aim of organizing student data and facilitating the completion of their academic and administrative transactions.

The division confirmed its continued distribution of ID cards according to the established schedules, urging students included in the second batch to visit the division to collect their cards, while adhering to the issued instructions to ensure a smooth process.

The division also reiterated its call to first-year students to complete their data in the HEPIQ system in order to obtain their university ID cards as quickly as possible.
