The Student Affairs Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology Begins Distributing Student IDs Using the HEPIQ System

In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the necessity of adopting modern electronic systems in organizing administrative work, the Student Affairs Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Basrah, under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, has begun distributing university IDs to students using the HEPIQ electronic system.

This step comes within the framework of the digital transformation taking place in higher education institutions, aiming to organize student data and facilitate the completion of their transactions, as well as enabling them to benefit from the electronic services associated with the system.

The Dean's Office emphasized its commitment to implementing modern systems that contribute to improving the level of administrative and service performance, and called upon students to visit the Student Affairs Division to receive their IDs according to the specified schedules, while adhering to the instructions issued in this regard.
