A master's thesis at the University of Basrah explores the design and implementation of a cloud-based security framework using blockchain in IoT services.

A master's thesis at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, University of Basrah, was titled: “Design and Implementation of a Cloud-Based Security Framework Using Blockchain in IoT Services.”

The thesis, submitted by student Sarah Mohammed Younis, aimed to design and simulate a secure ATM system based on blockchain technology with multi-layered encryption and a proof-of-work algorithm to enhance the security of financial transactions.

The thesis included a performance and security analysis, practical testing of the proposed algorithms, and recommended the application of the model in banking environments to increase protection levels and reduce security risks.
