The team from the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah achieved a remarkable victory in the weightlifting championship organized by the Student Activities Department, with the participation of 13 colleges from across the university.

Student Zaidoun Qasim secured second place in the 83 kg weight category, while student Muntadhar Hassan achieved third place in the 66 kg weight category, contributing to the college's championship title.

The Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, honored the winning students in recognition of their athletic achievement and to encourage them to pursue further successes.
