The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah received the Ministerial Committee for Institutional Accreditation as part of its ongoing efforts to raise the level of education and achieve the quality standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The visit aimed to review the college's academic and administrative status and infrastructure, as well as review the educational programs, research activities, and service offerings to ensure their compliance with institutional accreditation requirements.
