Prof.Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah, participated in a workshop on "The Importance of Academic Accreditation and the Mechanism for Preparing Application Files."

The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of academic accreditation for educational programs in Iraqi universities, as it represents a fundamental step toward ensuring the quality of higher education and achieving international standards of academic performance. Professor Ammar Salman also attended the workshop. The workshop also included a detailed explanation of the mechanism for preparing application files for accreditation from the relevant bodies, in addition to discussing the challenges and solutions related to this field.
