Prof. Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah, received Prof. Dr. Mutamad Abdul Hajr, Dean of the College of Information Technology at University of Sumer, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Adel Al-Shaher, Dean of the College of Information Technology and Mathematics at University of Dhi Qar, to evaluate the scientific and academic reality of the college. During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the college's available facilities, including infrastructure and teaching staff. They visited classrooms and science laboratories in the college's deanship building and the lecture hall complex. The dean of the college explained to the visiting delegation the extent of the support provided by the university presidency, represented by the respected President of the University, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, to the college, which enhances its academic standing.
