A condolence council was held at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him)

Under the patronage of the esteemed University President, Prof. Dr. Muhannad Jawad Al-Asadi, and under the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Hisham Kadhum Hashim, a condolence council was held to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein (peace be upon him), his family, and his pure companions. Sheikh Dr. Abdul Hadi Al-Tahmazi delivered a religious lecture addressing the dimensions of the Husseini revolution and its timeless lessons in patience, sacrifice, and reform, emphasizing the importance of drawing lessons from this great epic in our contemporary reality. The reciter Ali Ahmed Karim also recited verses from the Holy Quran, adding a touching spiritual atmosphere to the council. The council was attended by a group of students, faculty, and staff, who expressed their adherence to Husseini values and their continued remembrance of the sacrifices of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) for the sake of truth and justice.
