The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture titled "Detecting Twitter Bots (X-Bots) Using Supervised Machine Learning"

The lecture aims to ensure the credibility of social media platforms and protect their users by detecting Twitter bots using supervised machine learning. The lecture, delivered by Zahraa Imad Hassan, a graduate student in the Department of Computer Information Systems, included a proposal to study supervised machine learning techniques for detecting Twitter bots. By analyzing labeled datasets containing both bot and human accounts, this study will explore various algorithms to determine the most effective approach for accurate detection.
