University of Basrah Organizes a Scientific Lecture Titled "Multiple Object Tracking Systems"

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah organized a workshop on multi-object tracking systems.

The lecture aims to enable a wide range of smart applications, from security surveillance systems to self-driving cars to sports performance analysis. Modern tracking systems combine several fundamental capabilities, including accurate object detection, feature analysis, and data correlation over time.

The lecture, delivered by Batool Baji Abboud, a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science, addressed an active research area that intersects with several technical disciplines. Developments in this field contribute to enhancing the ability of smart systems to understand the surrounding environment and make appropriate decisions based on this understanding.
