The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah, in cooperation with the Student Activities Unit, organized a celebration to mark the 61st anniversary of the university's founding.
The celebration aimed to highlight its rich history of academic achievements and foster a sense of belonging.
The celebration featured a variety of activities, including a student bazaar, a book fair, a chess tournament, an art exhibition, and a live drawing competition. It also featured a software exhibition where students presented their technical projects. Several companies participated, including Zain, Mica Tech, and Noroto.
These events provided an opportunity to showcase student talent and strengthen the relationship between the university and the community as a scientific and cultural institution.
