The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a lecture titled "A System for Forecasting Temperature Distribution in Iraq Using Artificial Intelligence Algorithms"

The lecture aimed to design and implement an automated, predictive, and efficient system that uses machine learning algorithms based on weather datasets to accurately predict temperature distribution in Iraq.

The lecture, delivered by Hiba Joudeh Taama, a graduate student in the Department of Computer Science, included the use of data mining techniques for preprocessing and feature selection to identify the most important features from global weather platform databases, enhancing the accuracy of the system and reducing implementation time.
