The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a scientific trip for its students to Al-Mawaddah Private Hospital. The trip aims to learn about the most important technologies and software used in the hospital, and to study them as part of the students' projects in the field of technological development and meeting the needs of society and medical institutions. Students of the Department of Smart Medical Systems and professors from the college participated in the trip, where they toured the corridors and facilities of the hospital, and learned about the details of the technical and medical systems used to manage patient information within the hospital. The trip also resulted in an initial agreement between the two parties to continue scientific cooperation in a way that serves society and contributes to the development of technological projects that meet the needs of the medical sector. ​​​​​​​
