The Department of Computer Science at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at  University of Basrah organized a workshop on summer training and its importance in choosing the appropriate graduation project for the labor market. The workshop aims to clarify the importance of summer training for students and to refine their personality in teamwork and determine the correct direction for choosing the graduation project with the requirements of the labor market to keep pace with developments. The workshop, which was lectured by the lecturer Suba Abdul Wahid Saddam, Head of the Department of Computer Science, with the participation of an elite group of college lecturers and committees tasked with discussing and following up on graduation projects and summer training, and fourth-year students in the department for morning studies, included recommendations to determine the departments and government institutions to which students will go to conduct summer training and select appropriate graduation projects to prepare students capable of entering the labor market.
