University of Basrah organizes a scientific lecture on masked face recognition using the Siamese neural network

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basrah organized a scientific lecture entitled: "Masked face recognition using the Siamese neural network"
The lecture aimed to use the latest strategies to build and develop an effective system for masked face recognition using the Siamese network. The model uses advanced image processing algorithms and features to extract distinctive patterns and features of faces even when masks are present to build a model with unprecedented accuracy. The lecture presented by the student in the Department of Computer Science "Ali Haitham Abdul Amir" included combining the deep learning techniques used with a different Siamese network to combine the best extraction and classification qualities. The combination provides the most reliable classification and evaluates the model's performance through multiple tests with a diverse data set. The results are analyzed and compared with previous research to determine the effectiveness of the Siamese network
