The master’s thesis by the student Israa Abdel Hussein Alwan from the Department of Computer Information Systems at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology was discussed today, Wednesday, 10/25/2023. Which included generating huge amounts of genetic data, using powerful and effective analysis tools, where the researcher proposed designing an application that would help facilitate the process of analyzing and sequencing DNA and RNA. The application aims to integrate with existing genomic databases, public repositories and bioinformatics tools, providing researchers with a comprehensive and interconnected platform for simplified analysis.
