Announcement
To applicants for postgraduate studies at the college, please follow the following steps in applying:
1- The application is made through the Ministry’s website, which is shown in the link below
adm.rdd.edu.iq
2- The file with all forms and documents is to be sent to the following e-mail:
csit.sci.assist@uobasrah.edu.iq
3- The file will be checked electronically by the graduate studies unit in the college, and it will be approved and the “certified” electronic form will be sent to the applicant’s email.
4- In the event of a shortage or error in the forms, the applicant will be notified by e-mail
5- The applicant will be contacted to set an appointment to come to the college and bring the application file for checking.
Note that the documents required in the paper file are:
* Certified electronic form (No. 5)
* Form No. 500 "Student Data"
* Form No. 506 "Interview Form"
* Form No. 504 "Written Undertaking" (No. 2)
* Form No. 501 "Applicant's Business Paper"
* A graduation document or endorsement addressed to the College of Computer Science and Information Technology/ Postgraduate Studies in which the student’s average and his sequence in the batch are indicated, with the first student’s average mentioned.
Privilege form, if any
* Certificates of passing the proficiency exam (computer, English, Arabic), provided that it is an original copy.
A no-objection letter addressed to the University of Basra in the event that the applicant is an employee in one of the state departments
* Personal documents (Nationality ID, Nationality ID certificate, Residence Card)
* 6 photos
