Master Thesis Discussing the Mechanism of Detecting Forged Signatures in the College of Information Technology

Under the patronage of the Honorable President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, and under the supervision of the Honorable Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Salma Abdul-Baqi Mahmoud, With God’s blessing, a discussion took place today Thursday 3/11/2022, of the master’s thesis submitted by a graduate student in the Department of Computer Information Systems, Hassan Dakhil Khalaf, and supervised by Dr. Abbas Hanoun Al-Asadi, tagged with "Detection of Forged Signatures Using the Convolutional Neural Network", which aimed to detect the forged signature from the original to any person through the use of a trained database that includes the signatures of a group of people classified into two sets of forged and original signatures and after extensive discussion by the committee in charge of discussing the thesis headed by Dr. Tawfiq Abdul-Khaleq from the University of Babylon and the student's defense of his work, the committee decided to accept the thesis after making minor modifications with an excellent degree.
