The President of the University of Basra, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, inaugurated the new construction of the administrative staff rooms in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology under the supervision of the respected Dean of the College, Dr. Salma Abdul-Baqi Mahmoud, where the reconstruction included rebuilding, restoring and furnishing rooms for the heads of the departments and their secretaries, the administrative staff, the examination committees, and the graduate studies division, the quality division and the advisory office, student activities, the students’ magazine, and a break and prayer hall for female and male students in the college.
