 Under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, the respected, on the blessing of God, a thesis of the student Ghaith Abdel-Ilah from the Department of Computer Science submitted to obtain a master’s degree in computer science and tagged “key management to protect the wireless sensor network” was discussed under the supervision of Dr. Raad Abdel-Hassan Muhajer  Being present in the college building, which aims to find an effective way to ensure the security of information that is exchanged in wireless sensor networks, taking into account the limiting characteristics of the sensor by providing two security schemes, one of which is securing WSN for the hierarchical structure and the other for securing the flat architecture, and each of them focuses on providing high security by achieving  Confidentiality and data integrity, providing good resistance to complex capture attacks, and using sensor resources in an effective manner that achieves balance in the network in order to extend the life of the network.  Shatt Al-Arab University, and Mrs. Iman Qais Abdul-Jalil from Basra University recommended the  Committee for acceptance of the message with honors
