Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, the respected members of the editorial board of the Knowledge Space magazine, which is issued in the College of Information Technology by a group of professors and students of the college, visited the Central Bank of Iraq, Basra branch. The visiting delegation met with the Director General of the Central Bank, The respected Dr Qassem Raheef, where he explained the importance of computer science for the branch as one of the people in it and the initiatives offered by the branch in cooperation with banks to serve the community and young graduates and other matters that were raised as questions by the visiting delegation and were answered by the branch manager thankfully. After the meeting, the delegation was briefed on the existing programs and systems  In the Information Technology Division of the branch
