The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Basra, Dr. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, met the respected, in the presence of members of the College Council and a group of faculty members in the college, with students of the first stage in the Department of Computer Information Systems. The meeting included a welcome by the Dean of the College and giving some advice and directions  And listening to them and their requests and what they suffer from after more than two months have passed since they entered university life. The meeting also included identifying some of the talents of the students of the stage, such as poetry, drawing and the art of handicrafts. At the end of the meeting, the attendees wished the members of the College Council and the professors for the students an academic university life full of success and prosperity
