In the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, under the supervision of the Dean of the College, Dr. Salma Abdel-Baqi Mahmoud, the honorable Master's thesis was discussed "Diagnosing COVID-19 based on chest x-ray images using a deep learning approach."  The student Ali Salman Musa, under the supervision of Dr. Zainab Najm, discusses how to diagnose COVID-19 based on chest x-ray images using a deep learning approach. By building a CNN model and measuring software complexity using an artificial neural network (ANN) instead of Halstead's manual scales.
The committee in charge of discussing the thesis in the presence of the faculty in the postgraduate hall recommended the acceptance of the thesis with some minor modifications, with a grade of distinction.
