The workshop clarified how to take emergency precautions in terms of protecting the computer, backing up files and saving them in different places.

The workshop dealt with the practical aspect of how to conduct an electronic exam using Google Forms, the method of automatic correction and feedback, making an excel sheet with grades, and applying the process of arranging random questions and random answer options to reduce the process of sharing answers among students and writing more than one set of questions and distributing them in a random way for students, and this process will reduce cheating.
